The U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu serves southwestern China — Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan and Tibet. American Citizen Services (ACS) provides passport issuance and renewal, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, notarial services, and emergency assistance for U.S. citizens across southwestern China.
